Volume Control System

The Model VC-12 Flow Meter is a crucial component in the spray application process. This device precisely controls the quantity of material to be applied by measuring a specific number of impulses generated by a mechanism.

In conjunction with an NTPV or DPTV (Needle Time Pressure Valve or Diaphragm Time Pressure Valve), you can regulate the spray application and control the shutoff. These valves offer flexibility by allowing adjustments to three key parameters:

1. Pressure: By controlling the material pressure, the valve can influence the flow rate.

2. Time: The valve can be timed to open and close for specific durations, further regulating the flow.

3. Outlet Opening: The size of the outlet opening can be adjusted to fine-tune the flow rate.

Control System

A dedicated Wired Electric Cabinet houses the essential components for automated control, including a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and a Human-Machine Interface (HMI). The PLC executes specific programs tailored to the Tectyl application process, while the HMI provides a user-friendly interface for monitoring and controlling the system.

The control system is seamlessly integrated with the main controller through either Ethernet or Modbus protocols. This communication enables efficient data exchange and ensures synchronized operation between the various components.
